Michael Blanchard has coached thousands of young people and has been honored as a coach of the year five times during his high school coaching career. He has also been published several times by Wrestling USA Magazine. More importantly he has used the sport of wrestling to tell a broader story about growth, progress, teamwork, and the intangibles that come from being involved with sport.
Michael is a lifelong learner and educator. He lives in New Jersey with his wife, Tricia, and their three sons. As a wrestling coach with 25 years of experience at the high school and youth levels, he has had a unique opportunity to see the growth and development of so many. His leadership journey happened as a result of good fortune and great role models within his lifetime. He hopes the messages in this book resonate with your own leadership journey.
